Adel Zahiry is a Managing Director at CNM, LLP, a technical advisory firm with offices in Los Angeles
Orange County, San Diego, New York City and Kuala Lumpur. With over 20 years of experience in
Cybersecurity & Privacy, Adel leads the firm’s Cybersecurity & Privacy practice, developing go-to-market
strategies, methodologies and thought leadership, while overseeing client delivery teams and
engagement execution. He has developed and delivered Cybersecurity strategies and solutions,
including leading global teams in assessing, managing and mitigating Cybersecurity risks, while
architecting resilient environments leveraging leading security tools and technologies.

Prior to joining CNM, Adel served at NBC Universal as Cyber Security Officer, Film and TV Entertainment.
In his tenure, he developed and maintained the Film & TV Entertainment information security strategy
and led initiatives to improve business security posture while integrating new technologies and
processes. His security organization provided direction and delivered security services in the interest of
business strategy and operations, monitored Cyber security threats and kept business leadership
informed on relevant information security-related issues, risks and events. Prior to joining NBC
Universal, he led the Global Cyber Security Operations organization at Activision Blizzard, delivering
operations, assurance, incident response, policy, training and awareness capabilities across the
enterprise, creative and development studio functions. He also spent the early part of his career at
Deloitte, where he led information security and privacy implementations and assessments, serving a
variety of industries worldwide. ​
