Oksana is a Product Delivery Leader and Portfolio Manager with over 14 years of experience in large-scale innovative projects with budgets up to 150M in enterprise level Fortune 500 organizations and tech start ups.
Currently, Oksana is a Delivery Leader Kaiser Permanente Health Plan in Claims and Provider area. She is leading Product Transformation effort for Kaiser Permanente Health Plan as well as managing relationships with multiple Kaiser Permanente vendors involved in the program (Accenture, IBM and TCS). Oksana is a founder and CEO of Scalleo Group boutique B2B change management consulting company.
Prior to Kaiser Permanete, Oksana was working in multiple Fortune 500 high tech companies in Silicone Valley as a consultant involved in large scale change management initiatives with Cisco and NetApp and later as a full time employee with Cisco in the Core Software Group leading portfolio management strategy definition and implementation with key stakeholders groups and C-Level executive team.
She is also involved in the volunteering work with global non-profit Women Who Code. In 2015 Oksana initiated opening of the first Women Who Code branch in the Eastern Europe, Ukraine. Currently, organization is thriving with over 5000 of active attendees and 150 + successfully conducted events.
